2nd US ACB Competition 0-3

The games on Nov 18 at the Academy of our Lady of Guam have been extremely close. St. John's struggled to score 40 points in the first half against Okkodo High School, then picked up on the second half resulting to a close finish with a score of 220 to 280 in favor of Okkodo. Round two was even more exciting. Scores were neck to neck until the end where St. John's finished with a score of 325 against Harvest Christian Academy with a final score of 345. Then the Final Round was the most nail biting and nerve wracking event. Mrs. Alexina Bratton, who was there said, "There was a huge problem with the scoring which took ages to figure out, then it went to sudden death [round]" where unfortunately St. John's fell short by 1 question leading to the win of our opponent Home School with the the final score of HS: 345, SJS: 325. :(

All together, it was a Great Fight to the end and our students did all their best to make it to the top. We will never stop fighting!! GO Knights!

I would also like to thank our fellow faculty members: Mr. and Mrs. Mahon, Mrs. Gooding and to Mrs. Bratton for their undying support to the team! Kudos to all of you!
